The trail begins at the Mount Shark Trailhead, along the Smith-Dorrien/Spray Trail within Kananaskis Country Provincial Recreation Area. This remote, 42.25 miles point-to-point or out-and-back ride provides expert riders with the opportunity to traverse some of the most spectacular wilderness in the Canadian Rockies. It follows a combination of wide fire road, narrow singletrack, and rocky terrain. It is pleasant, exhilarating, horrible, and everything in between. The ride travels along Bryant Creek and provides constant views of Mount Turner's flat face to the left. As you pass the junction for Owl Lake, views to the right toward Cone Mountain and Mount Mercer open up. currently offers topo maps from the entire United States.
