In addition to the boating, there’s some interesting hiking here. The 9-mile C. Lynn Keller Trail offers some moderate, even difficult in places, hiking, but it’s very scenic and even includes a pretty nice overlook. It’s a footpath only; no bikes are allowed. Stephenhouse Trail is a 1.25-mile loop that offers tree identification information. If you want to combine a hike with something extra, try Archery Trail—a 1-mile loop with sixteen archery targets and two tree stands set up at stations along the way. Bring your bow and you can get some exercise and practice your shooting along the way.
