The smallest of Tionesta Lake’s three campgrounds accessible by vehicle, it’s located along the banks of Tionesta Creek at the upstream end of Tionesta Lake. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Trout anglers love Tionesta Creek in spring; smallmouth bass anglers love it in summer. And aside from some occasional paddlers, there’s typically not much in the way of boat traffic this far upstream. A number of the smaller tributary streams that flow into Tionesta Creek in this area hold native brook trout.
