Activity Type: Sea Kayaking
Nearby City: Jonesport
Distance: 8-10 nautical miles
Tidal Information: 11.31-foot range at Milbridge. Current in Eastern Bay floods to the north. For maximum tidal assist, paddle south on a falling tide and north on a rising tide. North of Head Harbor Island the current begins to funnel into Moosabec Reach. Though not on the route, Moosabec Reach develops a strong current, flooding to the east.
