It’s truly amazing how often new features are discovered in Red Rock Canyon. The Disappearing Buttress was rediscovered in 2009. It’s likely that it had been visited in the distant past, but there was no record. After the first route went in, several more followed in short order. At the time of this writing, there were nine established lines in the area, with a lot of room for more!
