Deep Creek Hot Springs is a legendary natural spring on the northern flank of the San Bernardino Mountains. The clothing-optional pools attract a colorful mixture of families, hikers, and hippies. The shortest and most popular approach is from Bowen Ranch, to the north. This alternative route, via the PCT, makes you truly earn your soaking. Although you are likely to have company at the hot springs almost any day of the year, you may find solitude on the long trail.
