How would you like to stand where George Washington once stood? You can on this hike. During the Revolutionary War, legend has it that George Washington stood at the top of the hill to spy on enemy activity up and down the Delaware River. This very short hike features an amazing view when you get to the top. The gravel path starts at the end of the parking area to the left. Go through the gate and continue on the path. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy at the top overlooking the Delaware River.
