The Brays Bayou Hike and Bike Trail was initially developed in the early 1970s when the bayou channel was paved. Although this hike is just over 9.7 miles, you can continue to Stella Link, making the out-and-back route more than 20 miles long. This is a moderate to difficult hike because of the length. The trail is often used by both hikers and cyclists, so watch out for bikes at all times. This trail is wheelchair accessible but there are some steep inclines, so make sure you can maneuver up and down steep hills before venturing out.
