This ride takes in part of the Blue Ridge Parkway, passes the unique, motorcycle-friendly Stations Inn, rolls along the “lumpy” section of US 221, and crosses the second-oldest river in the world. Although it can be a challenge to reach the route itself, with all the great sights and fun roads it offers, it’s well worth the trip! Points of interest: Blue Ridge Parkway, Northwest Trading Post, Stations Inn (and bar), New River Outfitters and General Store.
