This property is owned by the Damariscotta River Association. It encompasses 54 acres of river, bog, two different trails, and power lines. The deer ticks and horseflies enjoy this area in the summer, so be ready to bathe in bug spray. Please spray your pets, too. There are some neat man-made bridges; good trail markings, and lots of tall marsh grass to gallop through.
