There are two main loop trails, each approximately 1.3 miles long and each taking about 40 minutes to complete. However, these loops do intersect with other trails, and you can end up going further and spending more time in these woods than you may have planned. In the summertime the horseflies are horrible. Bruce Hill is a 76-acre land preserve that leads up to a 77-foot-tall Federal Aviation Administration tower. Some of the trails are a bit muddy, and they are not marked. But the trails are at least 4 feet wide and well traveled, so there is really no need for markers. There is no official trail map, so it may be a good idea to bring a compass or GPS unit.
