Hiking the Hawaiian Islands

Was a little confused by description. Actual hike is 5.2 miles (2.6 out and 2.6 back.) A few steep sections towards the end - I'd rate the entire hike as moderate - might be a little much for an inexperienced or older hiker. Very shady in April. Trail is well marked and not too traveled. A good half day adventure and a nice view of Kapa'a from the top.
