Bubble Pond is a small, coldwater pond that receives annual stockings of brook trout. Maximum depth is 39 feet, in the middle of the pond. Shoreline depths run from 5 to 15 feet. There is no launch site at Bubble Pond, but you can easily carry a canoe the short distance from the parking area to the water. This site has a minimum length limit of 8 inches and a 2-fish daily limit on brook trout. Bubble Pond is easily fished from shore, as well. One of Acadia’s famous carriage roads bounds the entire western side of the pond. This easy access makes Bubble Pond a great family destination. Key Species: brook trout.
