Nestled in the southwestern corner of Iowa, the 63-mile Wabash Trace Nature Trail (WTNT) travels through a remarkable landscape that is home to a diverse array of flora, including some plant species that are found nowhere else in the state. From the Missouri border north to Council Bluffs, the trail offers sweeping views through scenic countryside with a shaded tree canopy for part of the route.
