A combination of quiet, sparse upland forest wetlands near the Tyler Brook drainage into the Atlantic Ocean. We learned about these trails from a local resident who referred to them as a “well-maintained and well-guarded treasure” of the area. She was right.
Meandering inland along the brook, walkers catch glimpses of the marsh through the sparse forest of gray birch, swamp maple, and alder. Special Features: numerous wildflowers, including bluets and foamflowers, and wetlands and upland forest.
