A spacious pitch pine grove on a knoll overlooking wetlands of the Parker River tidal estuary. This is a wonderful, open location. Yellowlegs, sandpipers, Canada geese, and other water birds fly in and out of this tidal area. Most likely, you’ll see bird watchers lined up with tripods and scopes along the edge of the parking lot overlooking the marsh. Special Features: observation deck and benches, bird watchers’ paradise, osprey nesting platform, and trail accessible for people with disabilities.
