An identification trail that skirts Elm Brook Pool, part of the Hopkinton-Everett Lake flood control project. The dam-created lake alongside this trail adds a pleasant dimension. The Elm Brook Park complex, one of five United States Army Corps of Engineers dams in the Merrimack River basin, offers a tree-ringed lake, a wide swimming beach, and this enjoyable pathway, which starts to the left of the parking lot as you approach the beach.
