Of all the amenities Cedarock Park has to offer, camping is not the highlight. The “campground” is really a large open grassy field with a bench and a fire ring here and there. There are no designated sites, so it’s basically first come, first served as far as where you pitch your tent. A short hike of less than 0.25 mile leads to the camping area, The park does have flush toilets, but you have to hike back out to the main area to use them.
There is a historic farm you can tour; hiking, mountain bike, and bridle trails grace the park; and there’s a lake with a canoe and kayak launch. If you don’t have your own boat, you can rent a canoe from the park. This very busy park also offers basketball, volleyball, and a full Frisbee/disc golf course.
