Memorial Falls is located only a quarter mile from US 89 in the Little Belt Mountains. A hidden canyon of quartzite cliffs rises abruptly in the coniferous forest. The trail climbs up a ravine along Memorial Creek to the base of a 20-foot shower of falling water. The perfectly formed waterfall drops vertically over a ledge. This popular trail is often crowded, but the second cascade upstream receives less visitors.
