Mount O-J-I offers ?ne views from all along its summit ridge, from Old Jay Eye Rock at the west end where the trail ascends to the east across the summit. Before reaching the summit ridge, the trail passes West Peak with ?ne views. The new trail to the summit ridge makes one of the more interesting climbs in Baxter. It’s an exhilarating hike, the easiest of the four Katahdinauguoh mountains.
