The Howe Brook Trail follows Howe Brook from near where it ?ows into Lower South Branch Pond upstream past lower falls and on to upper falls. The lower falls is a long series of drops, pool, and sluices over and around exposed bedrock. It offers several large swimming holes and sunny ?at rocks to dry out on. The upper falls is a single drop off a cliff that arcs across the valley.
