Lassen Volcanic National Park is one of the great treasures of Northern California, especially noteworthy for its volcanic heritage. And for cyclists, Highway 89, which runs through the park, is as good a biking road as you are likely to ?nd. The loop at the bottom of this lollipop is a real treat as well. The whole ride is pretty much top-quality cycling entertainment from start to ?nish.
