The San Ysidro Trials Area Trail offers a beautiful ride to cyclists for most of the year. The only time riders cannot enjoy the area is the five or six times a year the New Mexico Trials Association (NMTA) holds motorbiking events on the trails. This 5.1-mile lollipop ride will take you on what appears to be a flat desert ride. The narrow canyons that can be explored at about 2 miles are the highlight of this ride.
