Tomyhoi Peak is rarely skied, despite its varied terrain and reasonable access (once Twin Lakes Road is clear of snow in late spring). The summit lies less than 2 miles from the Canadian border, and the lights of Chilliwack are visible from here at night. Difficulties: High avalanche potential; some glacier travel; routefinding required; permit / fee area.
