Many individual mountains in Washington are extremely beautiful, but no range of peaks is more spectacular than the long, jagged line of the Stuart Range. Along this route, snowshoers will amble up the wide Teanaway Valley and gaze in awe at the impressive summits. The pretty Wenatchee Mountains, a lower, less spectacular range, provide a picturesque foreground for the more massive Stuarts.
