Like the Middle and Lower Lake View Loop, this trail gets its name because of the great views it provides of Lake Mead, the largest man-made lake in the Unites States. Unlike the Middle and Upper Lake View Loop, this trail is a bit more technically challenging as it heads high up into the canyon walls. The trail begins between the large rocks located just behind and to the right of the restrooms. The rocks have been placed there specifically to mark the trail. Once you start down the first hill, stay to the right until you go over the next little hill. After you reach the top of the small hill, keep to the left. Going to the right leads to a fairly difficult jump—one that can cause injury if missed and should only be attempted by riders with advanced skills.
