The San Ysidro Trials Area Trail o?ers hikers a beautiful walk for most of the year. The only time that hikers cannot enjoy the area is the ?ve or six times a year that the New Mexico Trials Association (NMTA) holds motor-biking events on the trails. This 5.1-mile lollipop takes hikers on what appears to be a ?at desert hike. The narrow canyons that can be explored at about 2 miles into the hike are the highlight.
