This Raleigh park trek circles a pretty impoundment. Start at Lake Lynn Community Center then drop through a transitional wetland. Begin circling Lake Lynn. As an added plus, much of the loop traverses boardwalk that runs atop the water. Grab long views from atop the lake dam, then continue walking shoreline and more long stretches of boardwalk before returning to the community center.
