The way the crow flies, Indian Falls is only a few miles from Little Wilson Falls. Both waterfalls are significant drops where small streams enter Big Wilson Stream’s steep-sided slate valley. Indian Falls is reached by following an abandoned roadbed to a short trail that leads to the base of the falls. The falls drop over black slate surrounded by towering evergreens—one of the most scenic in Maine.
