The Passeio de Palos Verdes is a comprehensive tour of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The ride begins and ends with an out- and- back segment through San Pedro, in Los Angeles’ southernmost community. The main course is a counterclockwise loop around the Palos Verdes Peninsula on the aptly named Palos Verdes Drives: East, North, West, and South. There are superb vistas of the Pacific Ocean on the west and south sides of the ride. In between, the ride visits some of the L.A. region’s most exclusive cities, including Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, and Rolling Hills Estates.
