This is another fat tire bike ride, but unlike Sandy Neck (Ride 12), it can be done on a mountain bike or cyclocross bike. This ride depends on having a low tide, a Cape Cod phenomenon best experienced on Cape Cod Bay. Riding the tidal flats at low tide in Brewster is not be missed, and opens up an entirely new cycling experience, as the slope into the bay is gradual and the tidal flats extend for miles. The views and sense of openness are wonderful here, and you can see all the way to Provincetown on a clear day.
