Took this hike with my daughter on my back, was mortally dis satisfied with the hike, I don't believe we made it to the summit, but the hike was poorly marked intertwining with bike trails, and just plain old boring, won't attempt that hike again, was a pooor experience!
My wife and I hiked the trail to Ragged Mountain in Camden, Maine. The trail head is clearly marked and has an information board showing that the trail splits in two directions. The board will tell you which direction to take for Ragged Mountain. The hike itself was easy to moderate. A very nice hike for the whole family. The views at the summit are very nice with clear views of Camden Hills and Penobscot Bay.
