There are countless cinder cones spattered throughout Central Oregon as a result of the Newberry Volcano. As such, giving any particular one the official title of Cinder Hill seems almost pointless. But despite its indistinct name, Cinder Hill wows with a full panoramic view of the Newberry Caldera.
