Murray Lake is less challenging than Torn Shirt, but that’s not to say Murray Lake doesn’t have its challenging hills, off-camber sections, roots, a few built obstacles, and tight single-track. It’s intermediate in terms of mountain bike skill level overall. The topography rolls almost continually up and down, with some gentle, long climbs and a few short and steep ascents. Still, it’s not something that would put a moderately skilled rider out of his or her depth.
