The Santiago Canyon Circuit is a popular ride that incorporates one of Orange County cyclists’ rites of passage: Santiago Canyon Road. Along with CA 1 (the Pacific Coast Highway) and the SART (Santa Ana River Trail), Santiago Canyon Road is probably one of the county’s most-ridden roads. Its 12-mile length, with good shoulders, is not heavily traveled by motor vehicles.
