Whether along the shore of the lake or the creek, your campsite will be a nice place to hang out and relax. Just 2 miles south of the New York–Pennsylvania line, Willow Bay Recreation Area is the northernmost public campground in Pennsylvania. Aside from this distinction, it is notable for its Deer Grove Camping Area, which consists of lakeside walk-in tent sites and cabins. While many of the sites are not especially private, most are so close to the water that if you were any closer you’d be in it.
