This is just a forest trail without any real incredible views or anything but the trees are beautiful and the trail is pretty fun. There are a few cool bridges to cross. Very woodsy.
I wouldn't bother with this trail as it was poorly maintained (major part of the trail was closed) and offers very little interesting scenery. Also, we parked at the Mt. St. Helens visitor centor where the tourists were in great numbers and detracted from the experience. Seaquest state park might be okay for kids, but not much else. I suggest going to Lewis & Clark state park for a very nice stand of old growth instead (about a 1/2hr north)
