The Cabinet Mountain Wilderness is a striking land of snow-capped, cloudpiercing peaks, deep valleys of towering primeval trees, and sparkling alpine lakes. Word is spreading quickly about the Cabinets. Hence, many a high-country Cabinet Mountain lake is seeing a surge in visitors. Not true for Little Ibex Lake, though. For although Little Ibex ranks among the most scenic places in the entire wilderness, it remains little known and rarely visited.
