A high alpine lake nestled in a basin above Meadow Creek. Cradle Lake is a small lake perched in a high meadow basin about 1 mile south of Highchair Mountain on Blackjack Ridge. This approach to Cradle Lake is long, about 9.7 miles total via Jack Creek and Meadow Creek trails, and is more popular with horseback riders than hikers.
