Trek to an abandoned lookout site high atop Round Mountain in the far northern part of Goat Rocks Wilderness. A lookout once stood on the summit but there is little left of it today. From the summit looking south, Goat Rocks are in full view, and farther in the distance Mount Adams rises high above its surroundings. To the northwest is the ice-cloaked summit and jagged ridges of Mount Rainier.
