Sinlahekin Valley is another of Washington’s beautiful glacial troughs, with high and steep walls that tower above Sinlahekin Creek and the Sinlahekin Wildlife Area. Access to the creek (by foot) is difficult, but it is known for brook and rainbow trout. Blue Lake, about midway, is good for rainbow and brown trout, while Fish Lake, at the south end, is good for rainbow. Easy, on a maintained gravel road. Fish Lake/- Pine Creek Road is paved. Watch for logging trucks.
