Although the landscape was beautiful, I found it difficult to enjoy as I spent most of the time trying to figure out whether or not I was on the "five mile loop" that was described. I found the signs confusing and useless and I ended up running through someone's private property before reaching a road. I don't recommend these trails unless you have tons of time to kill being lost or you go with somebody who knows where the path is.

Well maintained trails, however since this area is so close to the city, there is some trash here and there. Other than that, it is an OK hike with some good views. But be sure to stay on the trail as you may end up in someone's back yard!
