Did the Pioneer Indian Trail from Hebo Lake to South Lake, spent the night at south lake then hiked out. We went after a bad storm and there was about an inch on snow at hebo lake and 2-3' of snow on top and about a foot at south lake where we stayed. The hike down to south lake on the first day was bad, trail had a lot of downed trees and the snow did help. Tons of switch backs on the trail down to south lake. Great views and a fun trail.
