Perfect for children, this medium-length day hike passes one lake and ends at a lake in a glacial cirque. Trees obscure the Snow Lake trailhead. When ready to hike, walk to the eastern corner of the parking lot to find the trail, heading south. The trail immediately begins to ascend rather steeply, but do not worry, it eventually levels off and descends, then crosses several ridges throughout the hike.
