This was a nice trail. We brought 9 girls aged 8-11 years for a day hike. We started at Narada Falls and walked down the trail ? distance (1 hour). It was only the second time I had been on the trail and I was unsure if we made it to Madcap Falls or to Carter Falls. I wish they had been clearly marked on the trail.
The hike says easy, and it is on the way down for sure. A couple of the girls had a little trouble on the way back up, as it gets a little steep - but, still it was manageable.
We'll certainly go again. And, I would encourage others to take a group of young children on the hike. They liked the waterfalls and finding sticks and being in the wilderness.
