3.0 hours up a continuous 20-30 degree incline, 40-45 degrees in some places; it took about 1.5 hours after the bridge to reach the saddle; nice views of cascading water; gorgeous views of Mt Adams, Mt St Helens and Mt Rainier at the saddle; some boot pack snow just before the meadowlands which are about 20-30 minutes from the saddle; some mosquitos were out--temp in the 80's; did get a phone signal near the saddle, but only 1 bar (AT&T).
