Snow begins at aprox. 3400'. There are at least 50 trees across the trail between the jct. and the last campfire sites. This trail is currently closed to all stock.Map and compass is needed to navigate from the top of the ridge to Hoh lake and an ice ax may be required. Ice ax is necessary for Bogachiel Peak area. Deep snow in the high country.
