Highpoint rank by height: 20th. Stop in at the Tourist Information Center at the I-80 Rest Area just south of Exit 401 in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming for area maps and information. Don't forget to ask for a copy of the flyer "Highest Point in Nebraska and Three-State Corner Marker— You Can See Them Both." We were quite interested to see an entry in the Nebraska highpoint register by a "highpointer" who watched a tornado pass nearby during his visit. Our experience wasn't nearly as dramatic; however, we did run into one of the original members of the Highpointers Club, Howard Benyas, and his climbing partner, Joyce Reynolds.
