The immense concrete letter Y on the mountainside directly east of the Brigham Young University campus in Provo is visible for miles around Utah Valley. The trail to the Y is a series of a dozen switchbacks offering splendid views of the valley along the way. It’s a popular workout or training hike.

Great view of Provo and Utah county. Easier hike, great place to take a girl on a date. Just a 2 hr hike max.
