Recent work performed by the Tahoe Rim Trail Association has created this fine loop on the west flank of the Carson Range from the North Kingsbury Trailhead. Along the way are good Lake Tahoe views, including some of the higher peaks around the south end of the basin. Side trails to a vista point and Castle Rock lead to additional views.
